GT rotors with 72 staggered directional vanes shed heat and float on lightweight forged aluminum hats via an innovative, dynamic lug-drive mount system to further reduce thermal stresses. This kit comes complete with high temperature, high friction, BP-30 SmartPads selected specifically for exceptional driver control with DOT tires and limited downforce.

The radial-mount Aerolite caliper uses a forged aluminum body with type III Mil-Spec hard anodized finish and a closed bridge to reduce deflection. The race version features a wide body for 20mm pads, providing longer service life on track even with high speed and heavier cars. AERO6R/ST calipers use a forged aluminum body and feature a Type III Mil-Spec, medium gray color hard anodized finish. Hard anodizing provides superior wear resistance in the piston bores, and high resistance to abrasion and corrosion throughout. This latest model of the AERO6R/ST calipers features a wider than standard body that accepts 20mm thick pads to add volume for longer service life. Thermlock® pistons are used to reduce heat transfer from the pads to increase fade resistance, and extend service life with decreased temperatures in the caliper body, fluid, and seals. Internal damper springs and controlled retraction, high-temperature piston seals assure consistent pedal height from start to finish. Caliper piston volumes are matched for full compatibility with the OE master cylinder output and ABS controls. The calipers are also fully compatible with manual brake conversions to balance bar pedals using appropriately sized master cylinders.
