Wilwood has engineered and is manufacturing new high-performance big brake kits for the popular Nissan 240SX spanning two chassis, the S13 (1989-94) and S14 (1995-98). The 240SX is known for its lightweight, balanced handling and is a favorite for tuners to work with, including the drifting community.

Front big brake kits are offered in two sizes, a 12.88” rotor and a 14.00” rotor, with a single rear 13.50” rotor. Rotors are vented and available in black E-coat SRP drilled and slotted with BP-10 street performance pad compound, or GTB slotted with BP-20 pads for more friction for higher performance, including autocross and track day events. Two of Wilwood’s esteemed, forged aluminum powerhouse calipers are available for the front axle. Choose a six piston Superlite FNSL6R or Aerolite AERO6 and add a biased-matched four piston Superlite FNSL4R to the rear axle. Note that rear kits include an MC4 parking brake caliper that requires a separate Wilwood cable kit, plus an aftermarket non-hoop style RUCA (rear upper control arm) to be installed.

All big brake kits are compatible with OE electronic controls, ABS, and the master cylinder. Calipers are available in gloss red or gloss black powder coat, or many other color options (additional charges apply). Premium-grade installation hardware is included, and Wilwood’s stainless steel Flexlines are available separately for the specific year, make, and model configuration.
