Wilwood engineering has recently introduced a high performance front brake kit for the historic 1965 –1967 Sunbeam Tiger that features Big Brake technology. This tracktested kit will not only provide better street performance, it will really make a huge improvement over the original brakes on the track where consistency counts. The complete brake kit is also lighter than the original brakes so a handling improvement will also be a benefit received from the changeover. The kit is part number 140-11743 and it features Dynapro calipers with lightweight two-piece 11.75-inch vented rotors connected to a special aluminum hub adapter. The complete kit comes with the aluminum hubs, Dynapro calipers, aluminum rotor adapter, 11.75-inch vented rotors, caliper brackets, BP-10 Smart Pads and all of the hardware required to finish the installation. The kit comes with black calipers and standard rotors for the ultimate in stopping power. This kit will not only allow your Tiger to stop quickly it is also an appearance enhancement. Since this kit is featuring large 11.75-inch rotors, 15-inch wheels are required.
