Camarillo, CA • April 2015
Wilwood Disc Brakes has announced the release of its latest ACES and PIES update covering the most recent
additions to the Wilwood product line.
ACES (Aftermarket Catalog Enhanced Standard) was established to standardize information for proper
automotive product selection and fitment through the YEAR/MAKE/MODEL lookup, and PIES (Product
Information Exchange Standard) was established to define the attributes of the automotive products.
Both ACES and PIES are available in the AAIA proprietary XML format for use in exchanging pricing and
vehicle information electronically. Also, Wilwood offers a non-ACES product vehicle cross-reference list in an
Excel spreadsheet file for organizations that do not use the AAIA ACES proprietary format.
Adding ACES and PIES capability is another step in maintaining Wilwood as the premier aftermarket brake
manufacturer. By bringing process capability in-house, Wilwood is able to deliver information to its customers
faster and more accurately.
