Wilwood Disc Brakes is excited to announce Eric Andres has joined the Wilwood Sales and
Technical team, and will attend King of The Hammers 2016.
Andres brings to Wilwood more than two decades of experience in the off-road market with various
companies including Jackson Racing, Sway-A-Way and The Brake Man.
“Eric’s years of experience within a variety of motorsport markets speaks for itself and we are
excited to have Eric join the Wilwood team,” said Steve Cornelius, Director of Sales and Marketing
at Wilwood Engineering. “We look forward to him attending numerous events throughout the year
as well as working with our internal staff and partners to develop new innovations and relationships
for Wilwood.”
Andres will attend his first event of the year next week at King of The Hammers in Johnson Valley, CA. The event is a
week-long series of races culminating with the “toughest one-day off-road race on the planet.” Wilwood attends each year
to help educate drivers on the best braking applications for their budget, experience level and suspension setup.
Technical representatives are available throughout the week to provide hands-on support and to answer questions.
“The most important combination for any off-road vehicle is the suspension setup and brakes,” said Dustin Burr, Manager
of Sales and Customer Service at Wilwood Engineering. “Eric’s years of off-road suspension experience, paired with
Wilwood’s extensive off-road product offerings, makes him a perfect fit for King of The Hammers.”
King of The Hammers 2016 begins Friday, January 29 with various events throughout the week ending on Sunday,
February 7. Wilwood’s exhibit space is #41A and will be on the lakebed starting Monday, February 1 – through the
week – until Saturday, February 6. For more information about King of The Hammers click here.
