60 Degree Mount Pedal Description

This lightweight 1.8-pound unit is ideal for Sprint Cars, Midgets, Dirt Modifieds, or any application where the master cylinders must be mounted remotely from the pedal. This unit features a variable leverage, machined billet pivot arm that multiplies input force on average by 1.5:1 - a 5:1 pedal becomes 7.5:1, 6:1 becomes 9:1. To accommodate fitment where space is at a premium, the master cylinders are mounted one above the other, twisted 60 degrees with remote fluid reservoirs. The balance bar incorporates a positive detent stop each complete turn to maintain setting and facilitate on-track driver adjustment.

Wilwood's Remote Mount Pedal uses a pin and clevis pushrod attachment system that provides the highest possible degree of misalignment angle for bind-free operation through the entire range of travel. It gives precision bias adjustment, control, and fine-tuning on race vehicles equipped with dual brake master cylinder systems and proportionally sized calipers. When mounted within the driver's reach, the included adjustment knob can be used for quick and easy bias adjustments, or a remote adjuster cable can be attached.

60 Degree Mount Tru-Bar Pedal Description

This Tru-bar unit is ideal for Sprint Cars, Midgets, Dirt Modifieds, or any application where the master cylinders must be mounted remotely from the pedal. This unit features a variable leverage, machined billet pivot arm that multiplies input force on average by 1.5:1 - a 5:1 pedal becomes 7.5:1, 6:1 becomes 9:1. To accommodate fitment where space is at a premium, the master cylinders mount one above the other, twisted 60 degrees with remote fluid reservoirs. When mounted within the driver's reach, the included knob can adjust bias on track quickly and easily.

Wilwood's Remote Mount Tru-Bar pedal utilizes a fixed trunnion bearing in the pedal arm, with spherical rod-end bearing pushrod attachments to deliver professional, championship caliber braking performance. A larger diameter 7/16-20 bar is more rigid and provides quicker adjustment, with a 3/8" diameter end that works with standard remote adjuster cables. It provides the ultimate in precision bias adjustment, control, and fine-tuning on race vehicles equipped with dual brake master cylinder systems and proportionally sized calipers.
