D45 Porsche Front Dual Piston Caliper

Wilwood’s D45 street and racing calipers provide the ultimate in strength, weight savings, and high efficiency brake clamping for Porsche 911 with "A"or "S" 3.50" OEM front calipers. These calipers feature a high strength, light-weight 5.1 pound forged aluminum body fitted with machined stainless steel pistons. All D45 series calipers utilize the same 3.50" mounting centers, height and offset as the traditional 911 "A" or "S" calipers. The calipers accept Wilwood and FMSI standard D45 brake pads and are compatible with stock replacement rotors and master cylinders. D45 calipers are offered in Type III hard anodize finish and also in Black, Red and Yellow coat finishes.

D45 Front Brake Kit

Wilwood’s D45 Front Brake Kits utilizing our forged aluminum D45 direct mount calipers provide the ultimate in strength, weight savings, and high efficiency brake clamping for Porsche 911 with "A"or "S" 3.50" OEM front calipers. These calipers feature a high strength, lightweight 5.1-pound forged aluminum body fitted with machined stainless-steel pistons. D45 series calipers utilize the same 3.50" mounting centers, height and offset as the traditional 911 "A"/"S" calipers and contain standard D45 brake pads in BP-10 compound, OEM 11.10” diameter and 0.79” or 0.95"thickness rotors in either a plain face surface or an SRP directional drilled and slotted configuration with a black e-coat finish. D45 calipers are offered in Black and Red powder coat finishes and can be also special ordered with Yellow powder coat, Type III hard anodize or any of the special powder coat colors available at an extra charge. Kits include DOT compliant stainless braided brake hoses.

Wilwood Disc Brakes Releases OE-Style Brake Kits & Calipers for Base Model Air-Cooled Porsche 911

Brake parts for the very popular classic air-cooled Porsche 911s can be hard to find. As a solution, Wilwood has engineered and modernized direct replacement brake kits, rotors, calipers, and brake pads for the base models (non-Turbo and non-“Turbo-Look”) ensuring reliability and availability for enthusiasts. The new OE-style D31 (3.00” mount) and D45 (3.50” mount) two piston calipers draw from over four decades of Wilwood’s motorsports and manufacturing experience to improve upon the design and materials while still being compatible with factory-style brake pads, rotors, and master cylinder.
