Wilwood has introduced a new, narrower rotor size application for its Hydra-Mechanical Combination Parking Brake (CPB) Caliper, now compatible with 0.38-inch wide rotors. This addition expands the versatile CPB lineup for builders using 11 to 13-inch rotors on rear brake systems where space and weight savings are critical.

Wilwood’s lightweight forged aluminum CPB Caliper is engineered to provide both reliable hydraulic stopping power and a secure mechanical parking brake in a single compact unit. Designed specifically for rear axle applications where traditional internal drum-style parking brakes are impractical, the CPB caliper is an ideal solution for drum brake conversions and disc brake upgrades. The caliper features a single stainless steel piston floating design that mounts to a fixed radial bracket, delivering strength, durability, and multiple mounting configurations. This design allows the CPB caliper to adapt to a wide range of rear axle housings and custom installations.

An integrated, cable-actuated parking brake locking mechanism provides secure vehicle holding without reliance on hydraulic pressure. The system accepts common cable ends and can interface with original equipment cables on select vehicles, while alternative cable ends are available for custom installations. Calipers are available in gloss red or black powder coat, with many other color options available (additional charges apply).
