D154 Front Caliper Kits
Wilwood's D154 Front Caliper Kit is a direct bolt-on 1 or 2 piston, lightweight, high-strength, extreme duty alternative to the OE cast iron "Metric" calipers that were used on a wide range of factory disc brake equipped mid size GM cars and small trucks beginning in 1978. Use of this caliper can still be found on some GM models as late as the year 2002. Forged billet aluminum bodies, stainless steel pistons, and competition style high-temperature seals put an end to the rust, bore pitting, and seal failures that plague the OE caliper design. D154 calipers provide low-maintenance performance and a huge weight savings with high temperature reliability for the street and track. D154 calipers mount in the stock location over stock rotors; use the original style OE D154 brake pads and an OE M10-1.5 banjo bolt brake line mounting. D154 Calipers can be used with most wheels that clear the OE calipers. The front calipers with 2.50” piston provide 4.90 square inches of piston area per caliper, in order to maintain the original front to rear brake bias and use of the OE master cylinder. The D154 is also available in a two piston version with 1.62 pistons, offering 4.12 square inches of area. Kits contain Wilwood’s hardened slide pins and BP-10 high friction pads. Matching rear calipers are also available for custom installations. Custom stainless steel brake lines are also available.

D52 Front Caliper Kits
Wilwood's D52 Front Caliper Kit is a direct bolt-on 2 piston replacement for the factory original single calipers on many 1968-96 GM Passenger Vehicles and Trucks. Forged billet aluminum bodies, stainless steel pistons, and competition style high-temperature seals put an end to the rust, bore pitting, and seal failures that plague the OE caliper design. D52 calipers provide low-maintenance performance and a huge weight savings with high temperature reliability for the street and track. D52 calipers mount in the stock location over stock rotors, use the original style OE D52 brake pads and an OE 7/16-20 banjo bolt brake line mounting. Calipers can be used with most wheels that clear the OE calipers. The front calipers with 2.00” piston provide 6.28 square inches of piston area per caliper, in order to maintain the original front to rear brake bias and use of the OE master cylinder. Kits contain Wilwood’s hardened slide pins and BP-10 high friction pads. Matching rear calipers are also available for custom installations. Vehicles 1978 & Up (with M10-1.5 banjo bolts) will require new brake lines available below.

DPHA Front Caliper and Rotor kit
Wilwood’s new DynaPro Honda/Acura Caliper (DPHA) for Honda and Acura models originally equipped with 262mm diameter rotors. These calipers bolt directly to the stock mounts on factory spindles, fit over the OE 262mm diameter rotor, accept the OE brake hose, and clear many factory aluminum wheels including the EM1 Si 15” wheel. Designed around Wilwood’s proven DynaPro series four piston calipers, the forged billet bodied DPHA caliper delivers high-strength clamping force and positive stopping power. Four stainless steel pistons provide fully balanced pad loading, along with the corrosion resistance and thermal retardant qualities of the stainless alloy that will keep your calipers cooler and running trouble free for many more miles. Calipers work perfectly with the OE master cylinder and ABS functions, and are available with either black or red high-gloss, high-temp, brake fluid resistant sealed powder coat and feature Wilwood’s signature logo.
