Forged Narrow Superlite 4 Dust Seal Radial Mount Description

The Forged Narrow Superlite 4R Dust Seal (FNSL4R-DS) is our newest version for the venerable Superlite caliper series adds the versatility and convenience of radial mounting to this widely popular caliper group. Radial mounting simplifies adaptation and provides two planes of adjustment for accurate alignment over the disc. The addition of Wilwood’s exclusive wiper dust seal allows these calipers to be used in areas that may mandate environmental sealing. These calipers integrate "Big Brake" style with Wilwood's latest technology to generate big stopping power in extreme environments over a broad range of vehicle applications.

Forged Narrow Superlite 4 Radial Mount Description

FNSLR/ST forged billet calipers, with four Thermlock pistons, deliver championship proven performance with piston sizes to provide matched rear braking bias for use with the Aero6/ST or other larger piston front calipers. FNSL4R/ST calipers incorporate race technology into a radial mount body design with widespread adaptability. Including competition update options for all FNSL4R rear Big Brake kits. Thermlock pistons, high-temp seals, SRS bridge plates, and two-piece bleed screw assemblies are standard in all calipers. Four high-temp race only brake pad compounds in the 7416 pad type allow precise tuning of the brake response, friction requirements and temperature range.

Forged Superlite 4 Radial Mount Description

The Superlite 4R caliper series is the benchmark in asphalt short track, late model, modified and open wheel competition. It also enjoys prominence in a variety of road-race, rally and sport driving applications. The new FSL4R model series is the latest innovation to this Superlite family of calipers. It has been redesigned with internal fluid ports that eliminate the external fluid cross-over tubes. The transfer tube has been replaced with two additional bleed screw assemblies which allow symmetrical piston bore models to be mounted either right or left in a leading or trailing position. Differential bore models still require left hand and right hand orientation, but no leading or trailing configuration is necessary.

UTV4 Caliper Description

UTV4 and UTV6 forged aluminum differential-bore four and six piston calipers are newest design for the specificaly UTV market. ASM design and forged construction reduce deflection and provide more uniform engagement to increase braking force and improve feel. Stainless steel pistons and anti-knock back springs further enhance the pedal feel. Calipers use standard 7812 shape, high-friction brake pads.
