Forged XRS4R Radial Mount

The XRS line represents Wilwood’s next generation of hi-tech calipers, combining decades of experience from both race and street performance applications of the venerable Forged Narrow Superlite Radial 4/6 mount series. Modern computer FEA design and state-of-the-art precision CNC machining convert stress-flow, premium-grade forged aluminum into a lighter design with more rigidity, allowing improved airflow and cooling for increased performance and control. The unique center X-bridge strengthens the caliper body without adding mass, resulting in a caliper of merely 4.5 pounds, up to a 15% weight reduction from its predecessor. XRS calipers retain internal fluid ports and two bleed screws to allow differential bore models to be used in either front or rear of spindle applications. Optimized profile high-temperature seals and stainless-steel pistons increase service life and reliability.

Forged XRS6R Big Brake Front Brake Kit (Hat)

The unsurpassed braking capacity of the Forged XRS6R six-piston caliper serves as the base of this group of 12.19” to 14.00" big rotor kits for he popular late model vehicles. XRS6R kits are engineered application specific for simplified installation and full compatibility with OE master cylinder output and ABS functions where used. Big brake kits provide increased brake capacity and complimentary style with wheel, tire, and suspension upgrades on show trucks and high performance street or track applications. Optional caliper finishes and rotor designs simplify personalizing the style and braking requirements of any application.
